Day 3 on the Camino was just as magical as Day 2. I wish that I had taken more photos. We walked, we talked, we ate, we jumped in a stream…

Morning fog leaving Roncesvalles. Photo by Félix.

More morning fog leaving Roncesvalles.

I was shy about asking my new friends to stop so that I could take pictures, hence the blur.

Approaching the first quaint village of many.

Impressed with the beautiful flowers of the village

Félix enjoying the morning sun during second breakfast

Lovely passage

I loved the doors, walls, and windows I saw along the Way

More enchantment

Gatos

Another beautiful ancient wall. In hindsight, I would have taken many, many more pictures, especially of my new friends.
I love these! As you know, I didn’t bring a camera on my Camino, so I appreciate seeing the experience through others’ eyes. I love your photography and your eye for magic. The cats are my favorite!
I love the kitties too, Jen. One of these days I’ll put together a post called, “Cats on the Camino.” And dedicate it to Little Boy and Sassafras!
Glad you like the pics…it’s about time I posted all of them from the trip, with or without narrative.
I love these pictures! Especially the cats and the doors – you have a really good eye for details. I’m starting my Camino in Roncesvalles so this entry is of particular interest to me. So exciting! I’ll be there on April 8!
Thank you Xina! I only wish I had taken more photos! Wow, in less than a month you will be there; I am so excited for you. It will be amazing. Buen Camino!
